Eliminate the "starts and stops" of the Plastic Prototype Process

The typical Rapid Prototype process includes several steps. However, each step does not flow to the next.  Whether it is SLA, 3D Printing, urethane molds, or aluminum molds, each step either has a limited lifetime or restricted design options.   Prototype Plus will flow with you from 3D CAD design to prototype part to production capable.

At the beginning of a project we discuss your design/prototype needs and near to long term production requirements.  Prototype Plus uses S-7 steel to allow for the transition from prototype to production.  Cavities are machined soft and can be reworked for necessary design changes.  Once the prototype phase is complete, the cavities are hardened for a smooth transition to producing production quantities.   Additional cavities may even be added at the start of the production phase begins.
