Production Capability                                                   

 

Using hardened S-7 steel components, Prototype Plus is capable of meeting production plastic molding requirements.  Once a design is tested and approved, Prototype Plus permits an easy flow into production plastic molding.  Multi-cavity options are available.

 

Based on material and design, Prototype Plus components may be warrantied for up to 1,000,000 cycles. 

 

The versatility of Prototype Plus allows product developers and injection molding consultants several options:

  • Prototype Designs:   Quick turnaround tooling to test in real material and desired appearance.
  • Bridge Tooling:          Prototype Plus can fill the supply gaps until high-cavitation,  production tools are ready.
  • Production Tooling:  Prototype Plus is capable of production quality and cost savings.
