A Thermally Conductive Injection Molded Part?

Harvard Medical required a Flow Cell for DNA sequencing.   Harvard Medical required the Flow Cell be thermally conductive.

Project Scope: Fabricate the Flow Cell to Harvard Medical's original design.   Fabricate tight toleranced tooling for processing of CoolPoly 1201, a thermally conductive Polypropylene capable of transfering heat, a characteristic previously unavaible in Injection molding grade polymers.

Tooling Lead Time: 5 Weeks

Tooling Cost:  under $20,000
